FEATURED PROJECT

Lancaster Attic Conversion

This attic conversion transformed an underutilized space into a functional and inviting living area. The project included framing out a private bedroom and full bathroom on one side, while preserving the remaining space as a spacious family room. We completed the build with full drywall installation, a custom-tiled bathroom with updated fixtures, and a fresh coat of paint throughout. Luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed across the entire space, creating a cohesive, durable finish that ties everything together.

FEATURED PROJECT

Custom Deck in School Lane Hills, PA

This project involved a full deck and footing demolition, followed by the installation of new footings and framing. The finished design features TimberTech composite decking laid on a 45° angle with custom border detailing, along with composite railings and integrated lighting on the posts and stair risers. A custom cutout was also incorporated to accommodate a hot tub.
