This project began as an unfinished basement and was transformed into a fully functional living space designed for a combined family. The work included complete framing, as well as the installation of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, followed by drywall throughout. The finished layout features two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, and a spacious family room. Final touches included fresh paint, luxury vinyl plank flooring in the main areas, and carpet in the bedrooms. The bathroom was upgraded with custom tile flooring and a beautifully tiled shower, bringing both style and durability to the space.
